("Company") hereby reports thattheshareholders present at the Company's Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on 21May 2018 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held 72,863,407votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at the ShareholderMeeting was Mr Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votes equal to68.62% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of all the votes.
