("Company") hereby reports thattheshareholders present at the Company's Extraordinary Shareholder Meetingon 28 November 2018 ("Shareholder Meeting") jointly held69,218,210 votes. The shareholder who held at least 5% of votes at theShareholder Meeting was Mr Tomasz Biernacki - holding 50,000,000 votesequal to 72.24% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting and 51.00% of allthe votes.
