Education: university education in economics; I am a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business (master's degree in economics) and post-graduate studies in corporate finance and taxation at the Warsaw School of Economics, post-graduate studies in the Academy of the Psychology of Leadership in the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and I hold an MBA. I completed the Management Development Program in the ICAN Institute, I hold a license as a securities broker and I am fluent in English and Russian.

Previous functions:

From August 2018 to July 2022 - Management Board Member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., responsible for the Operations Division, and as of March 2020 also responsible for the Finance Division. I represented WSE in the Management Committee of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges in Brussels.

In 2019-2022 - Supervisory Board Deputy Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman in Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.

In 2020-2022 - Supervisory Board Chairman and Audit Committee Member in BondSpot S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw

In 2017 and 2018 I served in managerial (Unimot S.A.) and advisory roles in respect of investor relations and capital markets. I collaborated with the UK consulting firm doing business as BTA Consulting Ltd as a consultant in projects concerning capital markets development, also on the "Capital Markets Development Strategy" in Poland.

In 2007-2016 I worked in managerial positions at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., among others as director of the following departments: Development and Regional Cooperation, Investor Relations and Cash Market Development.

In 1991-2006 I worked in banks and brokerage houses, where in the period from 1993 to 2006 I was associated with the Kredyt Banku Group and KBC N.V. by serving in the following capacities: Investment Director of the Kredyt Bank Brokerage House and Deputy Director General of KBC Securities N.V. Branch in Poland and Financial Markets Auditor in KBC N.V. in Brussels.
