More than 20 years of experience in managerial positions related to financial management in private and public companies. Scope of responsibility associated with strategic management, M&A transactions, capital structuring, sourcing financing on domestic and international financial markets, conducting private issues and secondary issues on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, managing financial risk, corporate governance, investor relations, budgeting, controlling and accounting and financial reporting.
