TheManagement Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") hereby reports thattoday, on 8 May 2020, Mr. Szymon Piduch, in consultation with theCompany's Management Board and Supervisory Board, tendered hisresignation from the position of President of the Dino Polska S.A.Management Board and his resignation from membership in the Company'sManagement Board with effect from the date of opening of the nextOrdinary Shareholder Meeting ("OSM"). Mr. Piduch quoted his plannedtransition to the Company's Supervisory Board as the reason for hisresignation.

Atthe same time, the Company reports that today it received informationfrom Mr. Tomasz Biernacki, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and themain shareholder of Dino Polska S.A., about the proposal made to Mr.Piduch to become a member of the Dino Polska S.A. Supervisory Board. Theintention is to use Mr. Piduch's extensive experience to support DinoPolska's key projects from the Supervisory Board level and, accordingly,relieve him from ongoing responsibilities related to the day-to-daymanagement of the Company.

Inconnection with the consent expressed by Szymon Piduch, Tomasz Biernackiwill submit a motion to the next Ordinary Shareholder Meeting to appointMr. Piduch as a member of the Dino Polska S.A. Supervisory Board.
