Subject: Appointment of the current Management Board members of DinoPolska S.A. for another term of office

Body of the report:

The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. ("Company") reports that today(5 October 2018) the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutionsappointing the current Management Board members of Dino Polska S.A. foranother term of office, i.e.:

- Mr. Szymon Piduch to be President of the Management Board of DinoPolska S.A.

- Mr. Michał Krauze to be a Management Board member of Dino Polska S.A.

These resolutions are effective as of the date of their adoption.

Szymon Piduch and Michał Krauze have been employees of the Dino PolskaGroup since 2002. Szymon Piduch has been the Company's CEO since 2010.Michał Krauze has been a member of the Company's Management Board since2014.

According to the representations provided by the aforementioned persons,they do not conduct activity in any form that would compete with DinoPolska S.A., nor do they participate in any competing company asshareholders of a civil or commercial law partnership, or as members ofa governing body in a company, nor do they participate in any competinglegal person as members of its governing body. According to therepresentations of the Management Board members, they are not listed inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the NationalCourt Register Act.

The Company has enclosed the CVs of the Management Board members.
