Resignation of members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. informs that on 20 April 2017Mr. Michał Rusiecki, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr.Michał Kędzia, Member of the Supervisory Board resigned from theirpositions of Members of the Supervisory Board.
