Şirketimizin 29.03.2021 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

24 Şubat 2021 tarih ve 2021/10 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında; 2020 yılı net dağıtılabilir kârının hesaplanmasında; Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı , Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri, esas sözleşmemizin kâr dağıtımına ilişkin maddeleri ve Kâr Dağıtım Politikamıza ilişkin 24.06.2020 tarih ve 2020/19 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu Kararımız dikkate alınarak; Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 Tebliği'ne uygun olarak ve Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları esas alınarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre, 2020 yılı net dönem kârı olan 8.613.135 TL'den, 381.998,82 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılarak, net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı 8.231.136,18 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Hesaplanan dağıtılabilir kâr üzerinden; SPK düzenlemeleri paralelinde yıl içinde herhangi bir bağış yapılmadığı dikkate alınarak dağıtılabilir kârın %30'una tekabül edecek şekilde 2.469.340,85 TL tutarında Ortaklara Birinci Kâr Payı dağıtılması, 112.559,09 TL tutarında Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılması ve geriye kalan tutarın tamamının Olağanüstü Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılması ve kâr dağıtımına 15 Nisan tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul'un tasvibine sunulmasına karar verilmişti.

Ancak 19.03.2021 tarihinde yapılması planlanan 2020 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısının iptal edilmesi sebebiyle Yönetim Kurulumuzun 24.02.2021 tarihli kar dağıtım önerisinde yer alan, Genel Kurul'a teklif edilecek kar dağıtım tarihinin 18 Mayıs 2021 olarak tadil edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
