DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Dr Elizabeth Jazwinska has notified the Company of her resignation as a director with immediate effect. Elizabeth first joined the Board in December 2015 to assist in changes at the Board level but having recently returned to live in Melbourne, she has decided to resign as a Director. We thank her for her contribution during her time as a Director and wish her well with her future endeavours.

Accordingly, resolution 3 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 19 September 2016 for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 November 2016 has been withdrawn.
