BOARD APPOINTMENT

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Evan Cross has joined the Board effective from today.

Mr. Cross is a 25 year member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has held a number of senior positions in commerce and industry with a particular focus on corporate finance and has international corporate experience having worked in the investment banking industry in the United States of America.

Mr. Cross is a Co-founder and Executive Director of the private investment and corporate advisory firm, Greenday Corporate Pty Ltd and he is Non-Executive Chairman of ASX Listed Company ISS Group Limited( ASX Code: ISS). Mr. Cross is also an Executive Director and substantial shareholder of Fullerton Private Capital Pty Limited, the largest recorded substantial shareholder in Sun Biomedical Limited.

The Board welcomes Mr. Cross and looks forward to working with him in a time when the Board is actively seeking investment opportunities on behalf of the Company.
