SBN Rights Issue – Allotment of entitlement shares

Sun Biomedical Limited (ASX: SBN) advises that 34,203,174 fully paid, ordinary shares in the Company were allotted on 14 December 2012 pursuant to the Company’s fully underwritten, nonrenounceable rights issue announced on 9 November 2012. The shortfall securities are expected to be allotted by 21 December 2012.

The total number of shares in the Company on issue following the allotment of entitlement shares on 14 December 2012 is 199,773,178. The total number of shares on issue following allotment of shortfall securities will be 331,140,008.
