COMPLETION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

Sun Biomedical Limited is pleased to announce the completion of the 2010 Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ).

The Company advises as follows:

• (a) allotment of the Shares under the SPP will occur on 17 May 2010;

• (b) dispatch of holding statements will occur on 18 May 2010; and

• (c) trading for the Shares allotted under the SPP will commence on 19 May 2010.
