Sun Biomedical Limited ( the Company ) notes that the expected date of quotation of the New Ordinary Shares and Options to be issued pursuant the Company’s prospectus dated 26 June 2008 is to be 15 August 2008 , not 19 August 2008 as set out in the timetable on page 4 of the prospectus.
The Company notes that the timetable set out in the prospectus is indicative only and certain dates in the timetable may, in consultation with the Underwriter (and the ASX if necessary), be subject to change.
