Sun Biomedical Limited Cleansing statement

Sun Biomedical Limited (ASX:SBN) ( SBN ) seeks to rely on section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( the Act ) and gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act of the following details:

• (a) On 17 September 2008, SBN issued 35,601,524 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) and 17,800,762 attaching options exercisable at $0.02 expiring 30 November 2010 ( Options ) under the shortfall under SBN’s prospectus dated 26 June 2008 for a total consideration of $356,015.24.

• (b) SBN issued the Shares and Options without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, SBN has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to SBN; and

• (ii) section 674 of the Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) of the Act.
