Management Change
Sun Biomedical Limited (ASX:SBN) advises that the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Andrew Paice, has resigned as an executive of the Company to take effect 29 February 2008. Mr Paice’s resignation follows his recommendation to the Board that the Company reduce its administrative overheads in Australia and focus a greater portion of its assets in the operation of its US subsidiary, Sun Biomedical Laboratories Inc.
Mr. Paice will continue on the Board in a non executive capacity.
The Board of Sun Biomedical Limited thanks Mr. Paice for his contribution and service as an executive of the Company.
