Announcement of Regulated Information of Law 3556/2007

DIMAND Societe Anonyme – Development and Exploitation of Real Estate and Constructions, Services and Holdings" (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament, and the relevant provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, announces:

• A. That on 17.10.2025, the Company received a relevant notification from the obliged person, Mr. Michail Anastasopoulos, son of Dimitrios (Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors and Chief Public Affairs and Land Development Officer), stating that on 15.10.2025, he carried out an over-the-counter (OTC) transfer of 5,846 common voting shares of the Company from his individual investment account to a joint investment account (JIA) which he maintains as co-holder with Ms. Ioanna Michalis Anastasopoulou, without consideration.
• B. Accordingly, on 17.10.2025 the Company was notified that on 15.10.2025 Ms. Ioanna Michalis Anastasopoulou, acquired, as co-holder in a joint investment account (JIA), via over-the-counter transfer, from Mr. Michail Anastasopoulos, son of Dimitrios, 5,846 common voting shares of the Company, without consideration.
