Announcement of Regulated Information of Law 3556/2007

DIMAND Societe Anonyme – Development and Exploitation of Real Estate and Constructions, Services and Holdings" (the "Company"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament, and the relevant provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, announces that, on 15.01.2026, the Company received relevant notifications from the obliged person, Mr. Michail Anastasopoulos, son of Dimitrios (Executive Member of the Company's Board of Directors and Chief Public Affairs and Land Development Officer) as well as Ms. Ioanna Anastasopoulou, daughter of Michail, stating that on 14.01.2026 Mr Michail Anastasopoulos, acting as a joint holder of a Joint Investment Account (JIA), proceeded with the sale of 10,846 common registered shares of the Company with a total value of 127,440.50 euro.
