Announcement of Regulated Information of Law 3556/2007:
Amendments to DIMAND's organizational chart – BoD's reconstitution into a body
DIMAND S.A., in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3, par. 1 exhibit 16 (bb) and article 21), Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on market abuse, and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investors regarding the following:
Following the relevant resolution of the Board of Directors (hereinafter the "BoD") of DIMAND dated 27.04.2026, the proposals of the Vice Chairman and CEO of the company, Mr. Dimitrios Andriopoulos, regarding the reorganization of the Company's organizational structure, were approved, and in particular:
- The establishment of a new General Directorate of Asset Management, headed by Mr Panagiotis Kapetanakos, General Director of Asset Management.
- The reorganisation of the divisions and units of the General Directorates of Operational Activity and of Finance and Investment Operations.
- The appointment of Mr Stavros Vaggalis as the Investor Relations and Corporate Announcements Officer of the Company, replacing Mrs Electra Demi.
The above changes to the Company's organizational chart are incorporated into its Operating Regulation, which was amended accordingly, by virtue of the above-mentioned resolution of the BoD dated 27.04.2026, a summary of which is posted on the Company's official website, www.dimand.gr.
This announcement is published by the Company in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR Regulation") and contains information that falls under the concept of privileged information for the purposes of Article 7 of the MAR Regulation.
