ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of Market Maker – Optima Bank S.A.

The company listed on ATHEX "DIMAND S.A." (the "Company" or the "Issuer"), informs the investors that the Listing and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX approved the appointment of "Optima Bank S.A." as a Market Maker of the Issuer's shares for the purpose of enhancing their liquidity and set Wednesday July 16, 2025 as the starting date.

The Company has signed with Pantelakis Securities S.A a market making agreement, pursuant to articles 1.3 and 2.4 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, with the following basic terms:

1. Optima Bank S.A. will transmit to the Trading System of ATHEX market making orders (i.e. simultaneous bid and ask orders) for its own account on the Issuer's shares, in accordance with the specific provisions of the Law in force. For this service, the Company will pay an agreed fee to Optima Bank S.A..

2. The above-mentioned market making agreement has a duration of one (1) year from the starting date of the Company's shares market making, with an option to renew.
