Blocklisting Application

Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software and services for the recruitment sector, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of a further 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each.

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time, in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme (the EMI Scheme) and Unapproved Scheme, and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting will be admitted on 29 September 2015.
