Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, was notified on 31 December 2013 that Alex James, Product Development Director, had sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 102p per share. 

Following the sale, Mr James has a beneficial interest in 101,494 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.56% of the issued share capital.
