Sub : Dilip Buildcon Limited has received the Letter of Award (LOA) for “MDO Contract for Development and Operation of Pottangi Bauxite Mines along with Overland Conveyor Corridor (OLCC) and allied facilities”

In continuation to our disclosure dated November 24, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received the Letter of Award (LOA) for the tender floated by the National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), A Govt. of India Enterprises.

Details of the project are as under:
