In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that David Blackwood, Non-Executive Director of Dignity, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Scapa Group plc, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions for the Healthcare and Industrial markets. He will join their Board on 1 May 2016 and chair the Audit and Risk Committee from 1 June 2016.
