Company Secretary Change

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Tim George FCIS, who was appointed Deputy Company Secretary on 25 June 2018, took over the role of Company Secretary from Richard Portman with effect from 8 November 2018.

Richard Portman continues in his position as Corporate Services Director, whilst relinquishing the position of Company Secretary.
