Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)
In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Saturday, September 28, 2024, inter-alia, has transacted the following items of business:
- Allotment of 22 (Twenty-Two) Unsecured, Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (‘Unlisted NCDs’) of face value INR 1,00,00,000/- (Rupee One Core Only) each at par aggregating up to INR 22,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Two Crore Only) on Private Placement Basis.
This has reference to our letters dated August 8, 2024 and August 14, 2024, with respect to issue of Unlisted NCDs on private placement basis. In this connection, the Board Members of the Company in accordance with the terms of the Offer Letter, approved the allotment of 22 (Twenty-Two) Unsecured, Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures of face value INR 1,00,00,000/- (Rupee One Crore Only) each at par aggregating up to INR 22,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Two Crore Only) to the identified entity listed below:
