Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of disclosure made on February 10, 2024, the Company hereby wishes to notify that Sri Vinayak Hoskote Rao (DIN: 10073636), Whole Time Director (Executive Director), has requested by this letter dated February 13, 2024 to relieve him with immediate effect i.e. February 13, 2024 from this position as the Whole Time Director (Executive Director) of the Company due to personal reasons.
A Board meeting in this regard will be scheduled shortly to consider and take note of the said matter.
