Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that Mr. Satish Shah - Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation vide letter dated January 27, 2023, due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of February 15, 2023.
Mr. Satish Shah will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours of February 15, 2023.
