Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby wishes to notify that Sri Ajay Kumar Agarwal (DIN: 03508224), Whole Time Director (Executive Director), has tendered his resignation as the Whole Time Director (Executive Director) of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from the close of business hours on January 31, 2023.

A Board meeting in this regard will be scheduled shortly to consider and take note of the said matter.
