This is in reference to our letter dated May 27, 2024, wherein the Company had informed that 9[th] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024.
However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, it has been decided to postpone the 9[th] AGM and consequently the Book Closure dates would also change. The revised dates for the 9[th] AGM will be Saturday, September 28, 2024.
You are requested to take the same on record.
