Subject: Determination of the detailed terms of the buy-back

In connection with the implementation of the treasury shares repurchaseprogramme that was approved under resolution No. 9 of the Company'sAnnual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 21 June 2017 on theapproval of a treasury share repurchase programme and the establishmentof a capital reserve for the purpose of such programme (current reportNo. 33/2017 of 21 June 2017), the Management Board of Pfleiderer GroupS.A. (the "Company") informs that today it resolved to determine thedetailed terms of the repurchase of the shares in the Company, which arepresented in the attached invitation to submit sale offers.The detailedterms of the buy-back were also approved today by the Supervisory Boardof the Company.
