The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 1 October 2019, pursuant to Article 91, section 1 ofthe Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the ConditionsGoverning the Introduction of Financial Instruments to OrganisedTrading, and on Public Companies, it submitted an application to thePolish Financial Supervisory Authority for a permit to convert64,701,007 shares in the Company registered with Krajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A. under ISIN code PLZPW0000017, admitted andintroduced to trading on the regulated market operated by the WarsawStock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.), back todocumentary form (rematerialisation).

This report was prepared pursuant to Article 17, Section 1 of Regulation(EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealingDirective 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council andCommission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
