Subject: Change of publication date of the separate and consolidatedannual report for year 2018

Current report No. 13/2019

The management board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") informsabout the change of the original publication date of the separate andconsolidated annual report for the year 2018, referred to by the Companyin current report No. 03/2019 dated 30 January 2019 (i.e. 10 April 2019).

The separate and consolidated annual report for the year 2018 will bepublished on 24 April 2019. The change of the publication date of theannual reports results from technical reasons.

Despite the change in the publication date of the separate andconsolidated annual report for the year 2018, on 10 April 2019, ahead ofthe publication of the executed separate and consolidated annual reportfor the year 2018, the Company intends to publish the final drafts ofsuch annual reports.

This report was prepared pursuant to § 80 section 2 of the Regulation ofthe Polish Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state.
