The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. hereby announces thatthere has been a change in the date of publication of the extendedconsolidated report for the third quarter of the year 2016. The reportwill be published on November 07, 2016.

The previously announced publication date of extended consolidatedreport for the third quarter of the year 2016 was November 09, 2016.
