The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on January 29th, 2018 the Company and its subsidiaryPfleiderer Wieruszów Sp. z o.o. filed the appeals against the Decisionof the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protectiondated 28 December 2017 (the "Decision") with the Court of Competitionand Consumer Protection. Company informed about the Decision in thecurrent report No. 57/2017.
