Subject: Receiving by Pfleiderer Deutchland GmbH the letter from theinsolvency administrator of Alno AG with the claims for payment

The Managament Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. ("Company") informs thatPfleiderer Deutschland GmbH with its registered office in Neumarkt,Germany ("Pfleiderer"), a subsidiary of the Company, received the letterfrom the insolvency administrator of Alno AG, former client ofPfleiderer, in which the insolvency administrator submitted the claimsagainst Pfleiderer amounting to EUR 19,346,327.

The insolvency administrator of Alno AG contests the payments resultingfrom the commercial contracts, made by Alno AG to Pfleiderer after 30June 2014 until opening the insolvency proceeding on 1 October 2017, andrequests the return of the payments in the above-mentioned amount byPfleiderer to the insolvency administrator of Alno AG.

Pfleiderer is currently verifying the legal basis and merits of theabove described claims.

This report was prepared pursuant to Article 17 Section 1 of Regulation(EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and on repealingDirective 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, andCommission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
