Subject: Appointment of members of Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. in Wrocław (hereinafterthe „Company”) informs that on 7 February 2019 Mr. John Brantl and Mr.Julian von Martius have been appointed to the Company’s SupervisoryBoard.

Mr. John Brantl is a Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners, LLC(“SVP”) and is Co-Head of the European investment team at SVP. He joinedSVP in 2006 and has been based in London since 2012. Prior to joiningSVP, Mr. Brantl worked in investment banking in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’sFinancial Institutions Group. Mr. Brantl received an AB in Economicsfrom Princeton University in 2005. Mr. Brantl serves or has served onthe Boards of Directors of a number of portfolio companies, includingKloeckner Pentaplast GmbH, Hibu Group, and APCOA PARKING.

Mr. John Brantl is not engaged in any activities competitive to thebusiness of the Company. He is not a partner in any partnership undercivil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governingbody of an incorporated company or any other legal entity which wouldconduct activities competitive to the Issuer’s business. Mr. John Brantlhas not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Mr. Julian von Martius is a Vice President at Strategic Value Partners,LLC (“SVP”) and a member of the European investment team at SVP. Mr. vonMartius has nearly ten years of experience in private equity andfinancial advisory. Mr. von Martius joined SVP in 2018 and is focused onbuilding materials and industrial sectors. From 2011 to 2018, he was aVice President at Bain Capital Private Equity where he was part of theEuropean and US investment teams based in London and Boston. From 2009to 2011, Mr. von Martius was part of The Blackstone Group advisingclients on restructuring and M&A advisory based in London. Mr. vonMartius received his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from theLondon School of Economics, and holds an MBA from Harvard BusinessSchool..

Mr. Julian von Martius is not engaged in any activities competitive tothe business of the Company. He is not a partner in any partnershipunder civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of agoverning body of an incorporated company or any other legal entitywhich would conduct activities competitive to the Issuer’s business. Mr.Julian von Martius has not been entered in the Register of InsolventDebtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
