Subject: Considered redelegation of the chairman of the SupervisoryBoard to temporarily perform the duties of the president of theManagement Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A.

In connection with the current report No. 21/2019, the Management Boardof Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") announces that it was informedby the Company's Supervisory Board, that due to the exceptionalcircumstances caused by the prolonging procedure for the election of thenew President of the Management Board and the high likelihood that suchelection will not be finalised by August 31, 2019 (e.g. the end of theterm for which Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz has been delegated totemporarily perform the duties of the president of the Management Boardof the Company), the Supervisory Board of the Company considers there-delegation of Mr. Zbigniew Prokopowicz, chairman of the Company'sSupervisory Board, to temporarily perform the duties of the president ofthe Management Board of the Company for a period not longer than threemonths, although this period may be shortened if the Supervisory Boardappoints a new President of the Management Board of the Company sooner.

The Company will inform about final decision on re-delegation in aseparate current report.
