Subject: Appointment of member of Company's Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (hereinafter the"Company") informs that on 12 November 2019 Mr. Miguel Kohlmann wasappointed to the Company's Supervisory Board.

Mr. Kohlmann serves as a Senior Advisor to SVP. He has more than 30years of management experience in global industrial companies. Hisexpertise includes building materials, building chemicals, automotive,mechanical engineering, aluminum and plastics. Mr. Kohlmann is currentlyChairman of the Supervisory board at SKF Motion Technologies andLogstor. He is also a member of the Supervisory boards at Archroma, H+HA/S and Bauder Flat Roofs. Between 2008 and 2016, he served as CEO ofIcopal, a world leader in Waterproofing products. Before that, he wasCEO of Pipelife, a plastic pipes and fittings group for nearly 10 years.Mr. Kohlmann has studied mechanical engineering and businessadministration and speaks 6 languages.

Mr. Miguel Kohlmann is not engaged in any activities competitive to thebusiness of the Company. He is not a partner in any partnership undercivil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governingbody of an incorporated company or any other legal entity which wouldconduct activities competitive to the Issuer's business. Mr. MiguelKohlmann has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
