Subject: Resignation of the member of Management Board of PfleidererGroup S.A. (Chief Commercial Officer)

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") herebyinforms that on 17 December 2018 Mr. Ivo Schintz submitted a resignationfrom the Management Board of the Company. The resignation of Mr. IvoSchintz takes effect on 17 December 2018.

Mr. Ivo Schintz was holding a position of the member of Management Boardof the Company - Chief Commercial Officer of Pfleiderer group. TheSupervisory Board of the Company did not appoint a new member of theManagement Board in place of Mr. Schintz.

The Management Board of the Company decided that effective 1st ofJanuary 2019 Mr. Stefan Zinn, at present the Head of Sales Core Westwithin Pfleiderer group, will become the Chief Commercial Officer. Inhis new position Mr. Zinn will be responsible in particular for sales inCore West, export sales and marketing. The responsibilities of the SalesDirector Core East will be entrusted to Mr. Grzegorz Kulesza, a memberof Management Board of Pfleiderer Polska sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of theCompany.

This current report was prepared on the basis of § 5 item 4 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information to be published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosureis required under the laws of a non-member state (Official Journal 2018,item 757).
