The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the "Company") acting onthe basis of Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 onpublic offering, conditions governing the introduction of financialinstruments to organized trading, and public companies (consolidatedtext of 2016; Official Journal item 1639, as amended) in connection with§ 5 section 1 item 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent ofinformation whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-memberstate (consolidated text of 2014; Official Journal item 133, asamended), hereby informs that on 28 April 2017 Mr Wojciech Gątkiewiczresigned from the Management Board of the Company. The resignation of MrWojciech Gątkiewicz takes effect from 1 August 2017.
