ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 13 JULY 2021 JUNE BITCOIN AND DIGITAL ASSET EXPOSURE

DigitalX Limited (the Company ), the first ASX-listed Bitcoin-related company, provides the following monthly update to shareholders on its funds under management and value of Bitcoin related assets as at the end of June 2021 .
The Company notes, despite continued volatility for the last two months, inflows of $0.4m (inclusive of DigitalX’s additional investment of $0.35m). Despite the lower inflows for the month the Company is pleased to note that the total growth of funds under management for the 2021 financial year was 473%.
The Company looks forward to providing a further update on the Funds Management business in its June Quarterly Activities Report due for release by the end of July 2021.
