DigitalX Limited (the Company ) provides the following monthly update to shareholders on its funds under management and value of Bitcoin and digital asset holdings as at the end of November 2021 .

The Company is pleased to note new funds flow of $0.7m for the month. Total funds under management surpassed $40m representing a 3.64% increase on the prior month .
