DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of DigitalX Limited (‘DCC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DCC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 December 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC , “ DigitalX ” or the “ Company ”) requests that a trading halt be placed on the Company’s shares with immediate effect.
A trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in connection with an equity raising to be undertaken by way of a placement and a rights issue.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

an announcement being made about the placement; or
-
the commencement of trading on 18 December 2024.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
