DigitalX Limited (the Company ), the first ASX-listed Bitcoin-related company, provides the following monthly update to shareholders on its funds under management and value of Bitcoin related assets as at the end of April 2021 .

The Company is pleased to note the strong performance for the month in the Digital Asset Fund of 25.45% despite some recent volatility in the Bitcoin market. The Company is also pleased to note another strong month of inflows of A$1.7m across both funds.
