DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of DigitalX Limited (‘DCC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DCC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 15 April 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

DigitalX Ltd (ASX: DCC) – Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, DigitalX Ltd ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by ASX in respect of its ordinary shares.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. Reason for trading halt – The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement on a potential strategic investment and services agreement and capital raising activities.

2. Duration of the trading halt – the Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market and the commencement of trading on Monday, 15 April 2019.

3. Termination of the trading halt – the Company anticipates that the trading halt will cease upon it making an announcement in relation to the above mentioned matter.

4. No reason – the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

5. Further information – the Company is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the trading halt.
