Extension to Share Purchase Plan Closing Date
Further to its announcement on 16 April 2019, DigitalX Limited (ASX:DCC) ( Company ) advises an extension of the original proposed closing date of the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) as per the timetable lodged with the ASX on 16 April 2019.
The proposed closing date of the SPP is now Friday, 10 May 2019 .
As previously announced, the Company despatched the SPP Offer Document and Application Form to eligible Shareholders on 18 April 2019. With the Easter and Anzac Day holidays resulting in some delays to eligible shareholders receiving their SPP Offer Document and Application Form, the Company has therefore decided to extend the SPP Closing Date to allow all eligible shareholders appropriate time to participate.
