The securities of DigitalX Ltd (the “Company”) will be suspended from official quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement regarding an update on the completion of the issue of tranche 1 convertible notes.

DigitalX Ltd (ASX: DCC) – Request for voluntary suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, DigitalX Ltd ( Company ) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Tuesday 28 March 2017.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

  1. Reason for suspension – The voluntary suspension is requested pending an update on the completion of the issue of tranche 1 of the convertible notes, announced on 20 March 2017 and Company update.

  2. Duration of the suspension – the Company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the completion of the issue of tranche 1 of the convertible notes, which it expects to make on or before market open Wednesday, 29 March 2017.

  3. Termination of the suspension – the Company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will cease upon it making an announcement in relation to completion of the issue of tranche 1 of the convertible notes.

  4. No reason – the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.

  5. Further information – the Company is not aware of any other information to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
