TRADING HALT REQUEST

The Company hereby requests that its securities be placed into a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a potential acquisition and capital raising (Transaction). Following the completion of the terms of the Transaction, the Company will advise the ASX.

The Company anticipates the completion of the terms of the Transaction by commencement of trading on Thursday 6 March 2014.

The Company does not believe there is any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted.
