SUSPENSION REQUEST

The Company hereby requests that its securities be placed into suspension pending an announcement regarding a potential acquisition and capital raising (Transaction).

Following the completion of the terms of the Transaction, the Company will advise the ASX.

The Company anticipates the completion of the terms of the Transaction by commencement of trading on Tuesday 11 March 2014.

The Company does not believe there is any reason why this suspension request should not be granted.
