Issue of Unlisted Options

Macro Energy Ltd (“Macro” or the “Company”) advises it has today issued the 6,000,000 unlisted options (preconsolidation) exercisable at $0.05 expiring on or before 30 June 2017, as approved by shareholders at the Company’s General Meeting on Friday 9 May 2014.

The Appendix 3B is attached.
